    Redemption or one ability to allow someone to redeem their self is a rare character in other. No shot should ever be considered a miss. That's why people practice shot in all sporting activities.

    If people are given an unlimited number of shots, it leaves no room for the target to be mastered. Giving someone too many chances also allows them to not be on their game when its game time.

    Communication is the key to "ANY" relationship. You cannot tell a dog to sit and come here at the same time. Confusion will be the end result.
    So be very clear with everything that is done in your life. Also, if you look within and find that miscommunication is the reason why you as the coach cannot get your team to shoot correctly when it's game time, practice sessions are owed on your behalf.
